How relevant are those benchmarks on the Samesung phones in the real world? Are they still goosing the CPU when benchmarking software is detected as running?

Samsung's numbers are plausible, and probably a reasonable measure of relative performance compared to other Android phones when running benchmarks. Where in the real world are you hoping to notice the 6.3% difference in performance over the OnePlus 3?
