the first reason many of us started wanting several libraries is because of Macbook air's SDD size limits, combined with increasing (and non-customizable) iphone picture sizes.

Don't even talk to us about lilliputian icloud 5GB or 50gb limits.

Lightroom plus a third-party backup service actually works.

For who? Pre-school children?

It's super easy to use. Photos is actually less user-friendly, because it hides all the controls away.
