I read somewhere Apple is done with the macs. It will hold them but cannot advance them to be competing with what they see as the future: the ipad and IOS. Se thereafore not touchscreen in macs ever or that will divide the users betewwn Touch macos and ios

What's this guy smoking? Apple has always been behind vertical integration, the control of everything from speccing out hardware to software. Oh sure, manufacturing of iOS devices and MacBooks are cheapest done overseas. But I cannot understand why Apple would do something like slap its logo on a product it cannot support and warrant. This not like Lenovo, which wholly purchased IBM's PC division, and used the IBM name and logo for a year or so before transitioning to the Lenovo brand.
