Wrong. The wind blows and produces power both during the day and night. It's just that at night there is less electricity usage than peak daytime hours.
Also some wind farms shut down some windmills at night if they are close to residential areas, like in Ontario Canada.
One thing is certain though, zero solar power is produced at night, and data centers need to run 24/7 365.
