I don't know all of those apps, but I do own ChronoSync (although the one in the bundle is the "express" version), iStat Menus, and Yummy FTP and they are all excellent apps.
Still, $10 every month seems steep, I doubt many people will actually use more than 3-4 of the apps regardless of how good they are.
