Yeah, happens to me. Usually with outside temperature changes, and when at < 40-50% charge. Let's see what 10.2.1 does.

Me neither and I've been using mine every day since it came out. There must be some reason why it happens to some of them and not others. I've heard they source the flash storage from 2 different manufacturers, I think SK Hynix and Toshiba, maybe that has something to do with it.
