But, but but The NYT has been publishing leaks from these tapped conversations.

Swing when you're winning:
So, how did the press get those call transcripts between Trump and the various world leaders during the transition?

They weren't released by Trump.

Oh, wait, how about a fucking wiretap on Trump's phones lines in Trump Tower? You know, the place where the calls originated?

Oh Liberals, how you forget the news that you put out only a few weeks ago.

>Donald Trump is not mentally fit.

These are the words of a mentally unstable person.

>He is unhinged from reality.

No Gruber. It's you that is unhinged.

>Many of us have said this ever since the election began,

And you were wrong. Repeating yourself does not make you correct.

>and were dismissed as being blinded by partisanship.

Because you clearly are. Gruber regularly displays classic tribal behavior.

>This man is unfit for the job, and not mentally well.

Well he did beat Clinton, who is no more fit for the job or mentally well.

The leaks of Trump's transcripts were reported on by the NYT.

How do the NYT reporters think those transcripts were made, via a court-appointed stenographer inside Trump's office?

Or maybe Trump released the transcripts himself in an attempt to smear the intelligence agencies?

Occam’s razor: he scares the shit out of people around him. They’re trying to get him out of office before he kills us all.

Many of us who did not vote for Trump find the campaign against him to transcend 'noble opposition' into what seems to be an attempt to subvert democracy, the legitimacy of elections and the will of the public.

This is a coup attempt. One does not have to like Trump to understand this. One does not have to like Trump to oppose it.

Freedom of the press is sacred. These people are not the press. Tear away that fig leaf.

They are guilty of seditious conspiracy, insurrection and advocating the overthrow of the government – and should be treated accordingly.

well, a blanket illegal wiretap is one way, but revealing it would be stupid as you'd reveal that you were breaking the law.

additionally, the flynn call happened in late december, long after the election, and trump was talking about before the election. if someone were running illegal surveillance prior to the election, why would they keep running it after?

here's another reason it may have happened.

oh yeah, and could you provide a reference for the claim that flynn was in trump tower at the time of the call?

also, this is where the allegations of wiretapping came from:

Merkela Gruber:
>The president of the United States doesn’t know how warrants for wiretaps work

Why does he need to know the legal minutiae of how to obtain a wiretap? Is he going to be personally drawing up affidavits to the court in the future for wiretaps?

Also, not to defend Trump's unsubstantiated claims, but wiretapping someone does not require a warrant as a technical pre-requisite. Isn't this the entire reason Gruber is in favor of encryption that the government can't circumvent? Because legal requirements are *not* always followed when it comes to these things?
4:14 am — Thursday, 9 March 2017
Merkela Gruber:
I also bet Gruber had very little idea of "how warrants for wiretaps work" until he read these articles.

During the election I was astonished that so many supporters of Trump in front of a camera were more intelligent and eloquent than he is. Normally it's no problem for people to recognise someone as less intelligent than they are. Why's that not working?
With Bush 43, most People thought he's not very bright, but he appeared sympathetic. With Trump it's not even that.
I wouldn't buy a used car from the car salesman Trump. Every second sentence's a lie and you know it's all about him.
