We should follow Rick Wilson because bitter Republican Never Trumpers, shut out of influence and money, flatter our own disconnection from reality.

I especially like where he calls himself an 'Enemy of the State' in his Twitter profile.

Leftist desperation knows no bounds.

"Crying wolf" is a funny way to describe the confusion over "what the hell is this nonsense the POTUS is spouting."

Is having a massive idiot in office who doesn't understand a single thing he's talking about supposed to be some kind of strategy? To what end?

Cognitive bias. If you support Trump, or if you hate him, you will consider evidence for your view any published information that meets that bias.

Anyone 100% behind Trump is a mystery to me. But those absolutely against him, for any reason at all, no matter how tied to typical behaviour/decisions by other POTUS, is equally a mystery.

The idea that Trump is playing 4D chess, or that his supporters have any real say and that libs are 'playing right into our hands' are ridiculous.

When has Trump done anything typical of a POTUS?

TBF, this is the cognitive bias he's talking about.

Trump: moron or genius?

Well, he did win against Clinton. Is Clinton a moron?

Of course the Civil War didn't need to happen. No war needs to happen, although sometimes it's the easiest way to get to point B.

The Civil War was a political failure. Would a political solution have been possible? Who knows?

If you notice, apartheid was dismantled without a civil war. Why not slavery in the US?

>Taken as a package, the 100 Days interviews sound like evidence submitted in an involuntary commitment hearing to a mental institution.

That's probably true if we're talking about such a hearing in the Soviet Union. You'd be laughed out of the hospital in the United States if you submitted anything like this as "evidence" for an involuntary commitment hearing.

Stupid statements, incorrect statements, or an overall lack of cogent presentation of ideas aren't a reason to throw someone into a mental institution. If it were, Gruber would be joining Mr Trump.

You mean cognitive bias towards rationality and against insane bullshit?

Yes, I'm extremely biased.

TBF, even when your nose is rubbed in it, you can't see it. There are plenty on the right who are the same way. You have no connection with 'reality' or ability to identify 'bullshit.'
