"access to any background access"

I don't think you're getting a Pulitzer anytime soon, Johnny.

But using Google Analytics to track your blog visitors is just fine.

Shocker.

If you can't write a coherent sentence, or fix it within 12 hours of posting it, you probably can't manage all of your services so well that Google isn't getting access to your data.

Every wonder why Google gives you all that shit for “free”?:
1. Google Maps (sweet, sweet location data)
2. Waze (*more* sweet sweet location data)
3. Search (purchasing intent, demographic info, work interests, hobby interest, a thousand other “signals”)
4. Google Photos (location info from EXIF tags, facial recognition, etc.)

Anyway, you get the idea.
