"America’s favorite 3-star podcast"

wait, aren't star ratings bad? Shouldn't it be America's favorite thumbs-up podcast?

Or is it a star rating of three out of ten?

Dalrymple often doesn't understand relatively straightforward technology and seems oblivious to most of the news stories anyone asks him about whenever he's on a podcast.

I guess he's cool because he's got a bodacious beard, a couple of contacts at Apple and constantly talks about shitty beer and shitty music?

Oh well, I guess it's not the product for me either, then.

Both he and MailRoute run Postfix. But curiously his server conceals its signature in the banner. It can be detected by responses to various commands though ("help" being the obvious one).

Gruber the Booger:
30 seconds in they start talking about James Bond.

I stopped listening at 31 seconds.

Dalrymple is easily the worst guest he's ever had outside of the boring af Apple employee interviews.

I only skipped through this but Dalrymple is even more irritating than Gruber.

Aha! Of course! This is why he's got his knickers in a twist about star ratings! That 3-star rating bothers him so much it's hilarious.

And of course it's proof that star ratings don't work: if they did, he would have 5 stars. obviously.
