Google gives me all of this already. They read my email and I get notifications, making calendar events is a breeze.

For the Google haters, it's extremely convenient. Try it sometime.

Of course even Stevie Wonder couldn't ignore the dozens of screens displaying your flight information and gate number the second you walk into the airport.

There's loads of apps that do this and always has been... eg: tripit and tripcase and myflights, not to mention the apps from each airline. Why would someone bother in this space?
