Vanilla Dry Ice:
This is a win for Comcast and all the ISPs. They will get loaded by providing less for more. However, what Snowflakes fail to see if that these ISPs will create bigly jobs for all, and everything will be peachy-kleen.
Trickle-down economics: Because if it didn't work the first 43 times we've tried it, just try again 43 more times.

Fuck that. You're advocating for worse service to make monopolists richer. This isn't a left/right issue.

Gruber the Booger:
I gotta believe Vanilla is joking.
This is obviously anti-consumer and pro corporation.

Some things are just too hard to build for their to be meaningful competition. And some things are also too useful for society at the same time. Yet government expects private companies to create these things initially.
Then it hopes to regulate such things because as politicians they get elected if they help out the citizens.
But that pisses off the private companies who feel they bore the entrepreneurial risk so they should be able to do as they please.
Ultimately someone needs to tell the entrepreneurs that they still operate on the "land" that is owned by the people and has to act in the interest of people. Fuck your entrepreneurial risk. The "People" come first.
Just wish the current US government believed that "people come first" line ...
oh well, never mind..

Who are me?:
The internets have been working mostly fine since the beginning.
Another layer of bureaucracy? Why not?
How about all the fucking liberals go ahead and make new ISPs? It's easy peasy, just ask Liz Warren.
The demand is so obvious even a Democrat can see it. In fact, rivers of money will flow into every orifice if you start an ISP.
Go ahead, put up or shut up lefties.
