I'm unsubscribing from his RSS feed. Enough is enough.

I forget, how many women does Gruber employ?
11:53 pm — Tuesday, 22 August 2017
Not Anonymous:
A succinct summary of his argument is the notion that women should constitute a percentage of the tech industry relative to their merit and talent irrespective of their sex.

women employed:
Gruber employs Amy Jane in a variety of capacities.

Gruber F. Johnson:
I find this blog extraordinarily tedious.

If Gruber were a woman he'd be CEO of Apple by now.

well, it least it was Damore's original document. Not a cut-and-paste-with-comment.

IS THIS A SURRENDER OR A REBEL?:
Every time I come back to visit DF, I feel so much better having missed all of the whining and complaining Gruberetto does.

Gruber and rational thinking... no longer a thing.

Mr. Gruber, this stuff has to stop. Go back to baseball and tech.

a variety of capacities? And a variety of positions!

Gruber is a canary in the coal mine. As long as nincompoops like Gruber still survive and thrive America is OK.

If this was the Third World Gruber would already have died, starving. His idiocy and cluelessness can only exist in a place where the citizenry is protected from their own stupidity.

DF w/ Comments would be a great way to weed out terrible hires like James Damore.

Besides harboring heretical views, what made James Damore a terrible hire?

ano:
Tribal signaling "fuck this guy" because it's too *exhausting* to come up with a reason why.

I wonder what Gruber thinks of Steven Pinker, who wrote a whole book that basically said the same thing as Damore, that women and men have biological differences not -caused- by culture, and that there is a fierce cult of thinking that this can't be true for political reasons.

Patrick Henry, the 2nd:
> the notion that women should, based on merit and talent, constitute a larger percentage of the tech industry is like believing in Santa Claus.

Which means you either didn't read or didn't understand his memo. His notion is that women should, based on merit and talent, constitute a lesser percentage of the tech industry than expected, but that we are still not at that percentage and here are ideas to get us there.

> Also, nobody cried after reading his “document”.

Yes they did. It was reported people actually stayed home because they were so upset.

> They simply explained, often in point-by-point painstaking detail, why he was wrong and needed to be fired.

VERY few people did that. Most just hurled insults, just like you did. And that linked article completely gets his point wrong. Why? Because it doesn't fit the narrative.

Gruber the Booger:
>I found his original document extraordinarily tedious to read because it contained about two pages worth of ideas spread across 10 pages of a sort of academic-ese-like writing.

This is rich coming from Gruber who writes verbose garbage like this:

Or this lovely piece that could be written in less than 50 words:

Save us the fake outrage Grubs. You are guilty of the very thing you condemn.

From the article he linked:

>A sesquipedalian (meaning foot-and-a half) is someone who uses long words.

>We’ve all met them—people who like to throw around phrases like “desultory reading hebetates the brain.”

>What they’re really saying is “I’m smart…and you’re not.”

>They’re not interested in building lines of communication. They’d rather build their ego.

That last line is worth repeating.

"They’re not interested in building lines of communication. They’d rather build their ego."

That is Gruber 100%. If he wanted communication over ego he would be brave enough to allow comments.

Gruber is that guy, he needs a long hard look in the mirror to recognize he is the very asshole he claims to hate.

I don't expect that will ever happen. His ego is to large to reflect in any mirror.
