Why does Gruber still use Google Analytics trackers on his blog?

Dangling Felcherballs:
OK, if we're all so supportive of this, and are insisting on continuing the absurd moral pretence that the fact that Corporation A knows I visited Corporation B is somehow 'abhorrent', then welcome to the world of paywalls and shitty content. That's the tradeoff. Decent content costs money and has to be paid for somehow. Don't want to pay? Let someone target an ad at you. Seems like a great deal to me. No matter how much you think the universe should bend to your every petty little whim, entitled pricks can't have it both ways. Pay up or shut up.

I wonder how much of the content that Grubs cuts and pastes and parasites off was paid for by this kind of ad targeting?
