It's almost as if Reuters is more concerned with sensational stories that generate buzz and get clicks, than they are about accurately reporting on technology that is otherwise beyond their reporters' comprehension.

Reality Check:
Let's say, for the sake of argument, that Reuters and other idiots are not demonstrably wrong, and the iPhone X really just clumsily takes a 3d photo of your face and head. No algorithms, no secure enclave, just a 3d photo of your face. And assume other apps have access to that same 3d face photo...

...So the hell what?
