Again I say, if “everything” is slow on Windows, it’s probably not this issue related to hardware. A full reinstall is a pain in the ass, but it’s worth trying.

Yep, just like my Windows friends in the 1990s who had to reformat their drives and reinstall Windows once a month to maintain a usable PC.
